Definitions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3de6f30\" data-block-id=\"3de6f30\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">In these Terms of Use, the capitalized terms listed below shall have the following meanings:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Account<\/strong>: The personal environment of the User within Let\u2019s Copilot, to which the User obtains access through their Microsoft Teams environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Agreement<\/strong>: The agreement between Let\u2019s Copilot and the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Content<\/strong>: All information, data, or material in the form of text, photos, videos, and audio-visual materials, and any other form provided, changed, or uploaded by the User through Let\u2019s Copilot. See the AI statement in the Privacy Policy for further details on this service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Let\u2019s Copilot<\/strong>: The service, including the Software, provided by Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. through the Website and the Microsoft Teams app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>IP-rights<\/strong>: All intellectual property and ancillary rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, trade name rights, database rights, and related rights, as well as know-how rights and performances on a par with patentable inventions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Login Details<\/strong>: The information such as username and password which the User provides when creating an Account and with which the User gains access to the Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Microsoft Application<\/strong>: Available in the Microsoft Teams store<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>: Let\u2019s Copilot\u2019s privacy policy available on (https:\/\/www.letscopilot.com\/privacy-policy).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Software<\/strong>: The software, including source code, infrastructure, specifications, and all related documentation developed by Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Condiciones de uso<\/strong>: The underlying terms of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>User<\/strong>: The natural person or company that has entered into an Agreement with Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. or using Let\u2019s Copilot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>User Generated Content<\/strong>: All information, data, or material in the form of text, photos, videos, and audio-visual materials, and any other form provided or uploaded by the User through Let\u2019s Copilot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>Website<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/letscopilot.com\/es\/\">https:\/\/www.letscopilot.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">2. General<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-3d375b0\" data-block-id=\"3d375b0\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">These Terms of Use apply to every use \u00a0every use made of Let\u2019s Copilot via your Account.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-76e132f\" data-block-id=\"76e132f\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">To the extent permitted by law, the governing law for the Agreement and the Terms of Use is the law of the Netherlands.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-1d8374b\" data-block-id=\"1d8374b\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot may, at all times, amend or supplement these Terms of Use. The most up-to-date Terms of Use can always be found on the Website via the button \u2018Terms of Use\u2019 in the footer. Continued use of Let\u2019s Copilot after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the changes. If you do not agree to the amended or supplemented Terms of Use, your only option is to terminate the Agreement in accordance with article 8 below.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-6e5437a\" data-block-id=\"6e5437a\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Additions to and\/or deviations from these Terms of Use are only valid when confirmed in writing by Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">3. Service and Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-faa14f6\" data-block-id=\"faa14f6\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. has developed Software which enables you to follow e-learnings and get help with a chatbot. The service of Let\u2019s Copilot consists of making the Software in the form of \u2018Software as a Service\u2019 accessible through the Website, Microsoft Teams app, and\/or Mobile Application under the name Let\u2019s Copilot.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-712977d\" data-block-id=\"712977d\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If you comply in full with all obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use, Let\u2019s Copilot will grant you a limited personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable right to use Let\u2019s Copilot.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-170fbcb\" data-block-id=\"170fbcb\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">To the best of its ability, Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. will make efforts to provide Let\u2019s Copilot with due care. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. may use subcontractors or third-party licensors to provide Let\u2019s Copilot. You accept that Let\u2019s Copilot, including the Software, only contains the functionalities and other characteristics as it contains at the moment of your use (\u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4983cbe\" data-block-id=\"4983cbe\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. is at all times entitled, without prior announcement and without in any way becoming liable to you:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">to make procedural and technical alterations and\/or improvements to the Software and\/or Let\u2019s Copilot, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">to (temporarily or permanently) discontinue, limit, or terminate Let\u2019s Copilot or your Account. Let\u2019s Copilot will notify you of the temporary unavailability or restricted use of Let\u2019s Copilot insofar as reasonably possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">4. Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-b5a44fb\" data-block-id=\"b5a44fb\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">To use and\/or purchase Content through Let\u2019s Copilot, your Account is linked to your Microsoft user account by following the registration process. You only warrant that all information you provide to Let\u2019s Copilot, including the information you provide during registration, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at any time.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-19ad964\" data-block-id=\"19ad964\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">You are responsible for keeping your Login Details secret. As soon as you know or have reason to suspect that your Login Details are no longer secret, or that the Account is being abused, you must take all necessary steps to prevent unauthorized access, inter alia by changing your password in the settings of your Account. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access or use of your Account.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-d35ac60\" data-block-id=\"d35ac60\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">It is not permitted to, and at the sole discretion of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. your Account may be blocked if you:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">create more than one (1) Account per person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">create an Account for another natural person or legal entity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">provide access to your Account to another natural person or legal entity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">create an Account by \u201cbot\u201d or any other automated method; Account creation is solely permitted to humans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">create an Account for subversive reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">5. User Generated Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-0d94d67\" data-block-id=\"0d94d67\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Each and every use of Let\u2019s Copilot by you is for your own risk and responsibility. You are solely responsible and liable for the User Generated Content provided through your Account. You indemnify and hold Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. harmless against all claims relating to the User Generated Content.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-71484bf\" data-block-id=\"71484bf\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">You are not permitted to use Let\u2019s Copilot for a purpose as listed below or make User Generated Content available, or act in a way:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which, at the discretion of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V., is discriminating or is otherwise deemed hurtful, offensive, or inappropriate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which encourages aggressive behavior against and\/or harasses the Users;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which is of medical nature or is medical related;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which will lead to or will have the consequence that the Users are being misused, misled, or driven to undesirable behavior;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which is false, based on false facts and information, and\/or is misleading;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">in which personal data is made available, other than in compliance with applicable law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bots, or other software which can damage automated work or make it unusable or inaccessible or delete it, or which can appropriate it or which is intended to circumvent technical protection measures of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V., the Software, and\/or the computer systems of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">that consists of creating a false identity or will otherwise suggest you are involved and\/or engaged with Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which is contrary to the Guidelines provided by the Microsoft Teams Store and\/or Microsoft AppSource;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which infringes the rights of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. and\/or third parties, including but not limited to IP-rights or rights concerning the protection of privacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which contain pornography, including child- and bestiality pornography or animations thereof, or are apparently aimed at helping others find these materials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">which qualifies as or transmits unwanted or unsolicited material or content (spam); is contrary to these Terms of Use or any applicable laws and\/or regulations, is in any other manner unlawful or which could prejudice the interests and reputation of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-da1ceb2\" data-block-id=\"da1ceb2\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. reserves the right, without prior notice, to abridge, alter, refuse, and\/or remove User Generated Content if this is necessary in Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.\u2019s opinion, without this resulting in any liability. You are solely entitled to hyperlink to the Content and User Generated Content made available through Let\u2019s Copilot on third-party (social media) platforms. It is not permitted to make use of an embedded link to Content and User Generated Content on these third-party platforms. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. may in this case take all measures which it deems appropriate. Your use of Let\u2019s Copilot is restricted to the amount of posted User Generated Content at any given time, as specified when creating an Account. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. reserves the right to at all times and at its sole discretion, further restrict the amount of posted User Generated Content when the size of the uploaded User Generated Content exceeds 400MB per environment.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-a09de59\" data-block-id=\"a09de59\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Users agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit Content or User Generated Data of other Users, or parts of Let\u2019s Copilot without the prior written permission of the owner. Users may not use Content in connection with: (1) the development of any software program, including but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system; or (2) providing archived or cached data sets containing User Generated Content to another person or entity. Except for a public search engine\u2019s use of spiders for creating search indices, you may not use robots, spiders, scripts, services, software or any manual or automatic device, tool, or process designed to data mine or scrape the Content, data or information from Let\u2019s Copilot, or otherwise use, access, or collect content, data or information from the service using automated means.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f3e1b90\" data-block-id=\"f3e1b90\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Users shall not share viruses, malware, phishing or spam.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-f89a27c\" data-block-id=\"f89a27c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">You shall refrain from hindering other Users or damaging the systems and networks of Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. or its suppliers.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-812579e\" data-block-id=\"812579e\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">If Users act unlawfully or seem to act unlawfully or infringe the Agreement (to be determined at sole discretion of us) we have the right to block access to (parts) of Let\u2019s Copilot or delete the relevant materials or User Generated Content, without having to make a back-up and without being liable for the damage this causes.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4d99d0c\" data-block-id=\"4d99d0c\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. is entitled to transfer the name, address and other identifying information of the User to a third party who complaints that the User has infringed its rights, provided that the applicable legal requirements that follow from Dutch case law are met. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. is also allowed to cooperate with authorized orders from courts or government agencies and can share information on the User, personal data or User Generated Content with the authorities that request such information, without being liable for damages. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. is allowed to report (suspected) criminal offences at any time.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">6. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-58aa89a\" data-block-id=\"58aa89a\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">When creating an Account and providing Login Details, while Let\u2019s Copilot is being provided and when visiting the Website, Microsoft Teams app, and\/or Mobile Application, (personal) data about you shall be processed by Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.. These (personal) data shall be processed in accordance with Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. Privacy Policy and the applicable laws and regulations.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">7. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-7f97b4a\" data-block-id=\"7f97b4a\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">The IP-rights in relation to Let\u2019s Copilot, including the Software, Website, and Mobile Application are held by Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to entail any transfer of IP-rights to you. You are only entitled to use the Software and the Content within the functionality of Let\u2019s Copilot within the application in the Microsoft Teams environment and\/or other Microsoft applications.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-bd79c56\" data-block-id=\"bd79c56\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">All IP-rights in relation to the User Generated Content will remain with the User who made the User Generated Content available through Let\u2019s Copilot. You retain all IP-rights to the User Generated Content you provide through Let\u2019s Copilot. You warrant that you hold all the rights relating to the User Generated Content you provide through Let\u2019s Copilot and fully indemnify Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. of any infringement claims regarding the User Generated Content. In the event you use third-party content you hereby warrant that you have granted the unconditional and irrevocable right to use such third-party content. You indemnify and hold Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. harmless against any and all claims with regard to the use of third-party content. Save to the extent that it is allowed by mandatory statutory law, you may not reproduce or decompile the Software or apply reverse engineering to it. Furthermore, removal and\/or circumvention of security measures or technical limitations (to use) of Let\u2019s Copilot and\/or the Software is not allowed.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\">8. Term and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The Agreement between you and Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.shall commence when you create an Account and will be in force until it is terminated in accordance with this article. These Terms of Use form part of the Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">You can terminate the Agreement at any time by indicating this in the settings of your Account. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your Account. An email or phone request to cancel your Account is not considered cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">In the event the Agreement is terminated, there will be no reversal of that which Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. has already delivered nor the related obligation to make payment. You will not receive any refunds as a result of termination. Terms within these Terms of Use that in their nature should survive any such termination, will survive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V.may, without prior notice and without becoming liable to you, terminate your Account with immediate effect if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">You do not fulfill your payment obligations; and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">You do not comply with applicable laws and regulations; and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">You in any way violate the Agreement and\/or these Terms of Use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Upon termination of the Agreement, Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. shall keep all User Generated Content available to you for two (2) weeks after termination of the Agreement. You will be able to use Let\u2019s Copilot during this period insofar as is necessary for the exporting of User Generated Content. You may not add any User Generated Content during this period. After this period, Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. shall make your Account inaccessible to you. Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. has no obligation to restore the User Generated Content or assist in any data conversion or exportation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>PERMISSIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-474a213\" data-block-id=\"474a213\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Let\u2019s Copilot B.V. will have permission to:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Send me messages and notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Access my profile information such as my name, email address, company name and preferred language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Send messages and notifications in a channel, chat or meeting on my behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Show me marketplace offers and complete my purchases within the Microsoft AppSource environment, the Microsoft Teams environment and the SaaS accelerator (SaaS management system).<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
