Adding the Let\u2019s Copilot App in Microsoft Teams<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

To use Let\u2019s Copilot, you need a Teams account from your organization where Copilot is activated.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your Microsoft Teams application or go to the Teams web version:\u00a0https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-teams\/log-in<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If you are not logged in with the correct account, log in with the account where Copilot is activated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Successfully logged in? Go to\u00a0\u201cApps\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in the left-hand sidebar of your Teams environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Type\u00a0\u201cLet\u2019s Copilot\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in the search bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Add\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot<\/strong>\u00a0to your apps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You\u2019re ready to start!<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How do you open Let\u2019s Copilot in another language?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    If you have already added the app: Click on the app in the left column of your Teams environment (in the Teams application or the Teams web version).<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click the\u00a0\u201cGet started\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button to begin your Let\u2019s Copilot learning journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Let\u2019s Copilot is available in both\u00a0Dutch<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0English<\/strong>. The language is determined by your preferred language setting in Teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. To change the language:\n
        \n
      • Click on the\u00a0three dots<\/strong>\u00a0in the top bar of Teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Go to\u00a0\u201cSettings\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0\u201cAppearance and accessibility\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Change the language to\u00a0Dutch<\/strong>\u00a0(or vice versa to\u00a0English<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Teams will prompt you to save the new language setting and restart the application. Do this and then open\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot<\/strong>\u00a0again following Step 1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        How do you navigate through Let\u2019s Copilot?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Once the\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot app\u00a0is added and your Teams environment is set to the correct language, you can start your learning journey!<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        1. Click on the\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot app<\/strong>\u00a0in the left sidebar or go to\u00a0\u201cApps\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and open\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot (beta)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Go through the\u00a0introduction screens<\/strong>\u00a0and read them carefully.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. After completing the introduction, start the\u00a0intake process<\/strong>\u00a0with the\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot Coach<\/strong>\u00a0to create a personalized learning plan by clicking\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m ready for the intake!\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Click on\u00a0\u2018Chat\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0in the top bar or\u00a0\u2018Chatten\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0in the sidebar to start the intake conversation with the Let\u2019s Copilot Coach.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          The\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot Coach\u00a0will ask you a series of questions. Answer these as thoroughly as possible to create the most relevant lesson plan for your context.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          After completing the intake:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          • Click on\u00a0\u201cthe app!\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to return to the Let\u2019s Copilot App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • A\u00a0personalized lesson plan<\/strong>\u00a0will be created for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Click on\u00a0\u201cShow me\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to view your personal learning dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            In your personal learning dashboard, you will find:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Chapters with lessons<\/strong>\u00a0tailored to your specific context.\n
                \n
              • Open a chapter by clicking on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Start a lesson by clicking\u00a0\u201cStart\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0on the lesson card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Locked lessons can be unlocked by clicking\u00a0\u201cUnlock\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Lesson cards<\/strong>\u00a0with associated\u00a0Crew Members<\/strong>\u00a0and their skills.\n
                  \n
                • Complete lessons to collect Crew Members and grow their skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • A\u00a0gold lesson card<\/strong>\u00a0indicates a completed lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • A\u00a0pink lesson card<\/strong>\u00a0indicates a pending lesson.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  You are free to choose when to complete lessons. However, we recommend completing\u00a0at least one chapter per week\u00a0and blocking time in your calendar for it.\u00a0Copilot is a skill, and consistent practice is key to mastering it.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  Different Lesson Elements in Let\u2019s Copilot<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  During the lessons, you\u2019ll encounter:<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

                  1. AI-Generated Videos:<\/strong>\u00a0Based on real data or user experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  2. \u201cContinue to the Coach\u201d Button:<\/strong>\n

                    • This button directs you to your\u00a0Let\u2019s Copilot Coach Chat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • The Coach helps guide you through practical steps in the lesson and answers any questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Access the\u00a0Coach Chat<\/strong>\u00a0under\u00a0\u201cChat\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in the top bar, sidebar, or via the\u00a0Chat notification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Calendar Button:<\/strong>\n

                      • Helps you schedule reminders to apply what you\u2019ve learned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Click\u00a0\u201cScheduling assistant\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0in the top bar to select a time slot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Save your time slot and return automatically to the Let\u2019s Copilot app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Click\u00a0\u201cNext\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to complete the lesson!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
