Personal Information:

  • When registering/signing-up, we collect your User Data, user_pseudo_id
  • Country of residence, your city of residence, a unique user_id, a unique tenant_id, and your device id. We collect certain payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. This includes payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services. These are only considered personal information, in case the cardholder is not a company.
  • Usage Data includes device information, IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Other information:

  • We store any communication between you and us, for example when you request our support or additional services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, deliver, maintain, and improve the Services, based on our contract with you or your employer.
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests, and provide customer service at your request.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages in order to comply with the contract we have with you or your employer.

  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Services, for our legitimate interest for enhancing the Services.
  • For invoicing and payment options in order to conclude the contract with you.

We may share or transfer information we collect or receive about you as follows or as otherwise described in this privacy policy:

  • With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.

For example, the Service can only be accessed by using login-credentials and any communications therein are encrypted.

Your Choices

Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
