Install
How do I install Let's Copilot?
Please visit the user manual for more detailed instructions
Where can I find Let’s Copilot in Microsoft Teams?
You can find Let’s Copilot directly in the Microsoft Teams app. In the left-hand menu, click on “Apps” to open the Teams App Store. Then, use the search bar to type “Let’s Copilot.” The app will appear in the search result, click to install or open it.
In some organizations, admin approval may be required before installing new apps.
Are there any specific requirements to play Let’s Copilot?
To install Let’s Copilot you need a Microsoft Teams account with access to the app store, and a working internet connection.
For the most optimal learning experience we advise users to play Let’s Copilot with an active Microsoft 365 Copilot license. This is not included in the game.I’m getting an AADSTS50105 error when trying to sign in. What does it mean?
This error means your organization’s Microsoft administrator has not yet granted permission to use Let’s Copilot. To resolve this, your global admin needs to approve access in Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD).
Specifically, two approvals are required:
- SaaS Accelerator, as the management system for Let’s Copilot licenses
- Let’s Copilot, as the application itself, including necessary permissions (e.g., message.send)
Once both are approved, users in your organization will be able to sign in and start using Let’s Copilot.
If you’re unsure who your global admin is, reach out to your IT department.
Why do I need to grant permission to “&samhoud food factory B.V.”?
Let’s Copilot is developed by &ranj, a member of the &samhoud group. The app is currently hosted on the &samhoud foodfactory B.V. tenant, which acts as the official publisher.
This setup is fully secure and compliant. We are in the process of transitioning to a dedicated tenant name that better reflects the Let’s Copilot brand.
No action is needed from your side. This does not affect the functionality or security of the application.
How do I fix the “Start Intake” screen not responding in Let’s Copilot?
If you’re stuck at the “Start Intake” screen in Let’s Copilot, the issue is likely caused by a firewall, blocker, or web filter within your organization’s network.
To check this, visit: https://bot.letscopilot.com. If the page returns no message like “does not exist”, your firewall is blocking it. If the page reflects a “does not exist” message, your IT team should create a bypass for Let’s Copilot on your network.
Still stuck? Reach out via our contactform and we’ll help you troubleshoot.
I already purchased Let’s Copilot. Now I am buying additional licenses. Do I need to grant admin approval again?
No, not in all cases. If it is the same plan (1-10/11-100 etc.) it is not needed.
If you previously granted admin approval for the 1 to 10 user license, Microsoft requires a separate approval when purchasing the 11 to 100 user license.
This is because it is technically registered as a different product with a different pricing tier in the Microsoft ecosystem.
You only need to approve it once per license tier.
Why does a global admin need to purchase Let’s Copilot licenses?
To activate Let’s Copilot licenses within your organization, certain permission requests must be approved by a global admin.Without this approval, the purchase process cannot be completed.
Additionally, licenses are assigned to the Microsoft 365 account that makes the purchase. If that account doesn’t have the necessary admin rights to assign licenses, they may become unusable for the rest of the organization.
To avoid this, always make sure a global admin completes the purchase.
