How do I fix the “Start Intake” screen not responding in Let’s Copilot?

If you’re stuck at the “Start Intake” screen in Let’s Copilot, the issue is likely caused by a firewall, blocker, or web filter within your organization’s network. No, not in all cases. If it is the same plan (1-10/11-100 etc.) it is not needed. If you previously granted admin approval for the 1 to 10 user license, Microsoft requires a separate approval when purchasing the 11 to 100 user license. This is because it is technically registered as a different product with a different pricing tier in the Microsoft ecosystem. You only need to approve it once per license tier.
