Adding the Let’s Copilot App in Microsoft Teams
To use Let’s Copilot, you need a Teams account from your organization where Copilot is activated.
- Open your Microsoft Teams application or go to the Teams web version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/log-in.
- If you are not logged in with the correct account, log in with the account where Copilot is activated.
- Successfully logged in? Go to “Apps” in the left-hand sidebar of your Teams environment.
- Type “Let’s Copilot” in the search bar.
- Add Let’s Copilot to your apps.
You’re ready to start!
How do you open Let’s Copilot in another language?
If you have already added the app: Click on the app in the left column of your Teams environment (in the Teams application or the Teams web version).
- Click the “Get started” button to begin your Let’s Copilot learning journey.
- Let’s Copilot is available in both Dutch and English. The language is determined by your preferred language setting in Teams.
- To change the language:
- Click on the three dots in the top bar of Teams.
- Go to “Settings” > “Appearance and accessibility”.
- Change the language to Dutch (or vice versa to English).
- Teams will prompt you to save the new language setting and restart the application. Do this and then open Let’s Copilot again following Step 1.
How do you navigate through Let’s Copilot?
Once the Let’s Copilot app is added and your Teams environment is set to the correct language, you can start your learning journey!
- Click on the Let’s Copilot app in the left sidebar or go to “Apps” and open Let’s Copilot (beta).
- Go through the introduction screens and read them carefully.
- After completing the introduction, start the intake process with the Let’s Copilot Coach to create a personalized learning plan by clicking “I’m ready for the intake!”.
- Click on ‘Chat’ in the top bar or ‘Chatten’ in the sidebar to start the intake conversation with the Let’s Copilot Coach.
The Let’s Copilot Coach will ask you a series of questions. Answer these as thoroughly as possible to create the most relevant lesson plan for your context.
After completing the intake:
- Click on “the app!” to return to the Let’s Copilot App.
- A personalized lesson plan will be created for you.
- Click on “Show me” to view your personal learning dashboard.
In your personal learning dashboard, you will find:
- Chapters with lessons tailored to your specific context.
- Open a chapter by clicking on it.
- Start a lesson by clicking “Start” on the lesson card.
- Locked lessons can be unlocked by clicking “Unlock”.
- Lesson cards with associated Crew Members and their skills.
- Complete lessons to collect Crew Members and grow their skills.
- A gold lesson card indicates a completed lesson.
- A pink lesson card indicates a pending lesson.
You are free to choose when to complete lessons. However, we recommend completing at least one chapter per week and blocking time in your calendar for it. Copilot is a skill, and consistent practice is key to mastering it.
Different Lesson Elements in Let’s Copilot
During the lessons, you’ll encounter:

AI-Generated Videos: Based on real data or user experiences.

“Continue to the Coach” Button:
- This button directs you to your Let’s Copilot Coach Chat.
- The Coach helps guide you through practical steps in the lesson and answers any questions.
- Access the Coach Chat under “Chat” in the top bar, sidebar, or via the Chat notification.

Calendar Button:
- Helps you schedule reminders to apply what you’ve learned.
- Click “Scheduling assistant” in the top bar to select a time slot.
- Save your time slot and return automatically to the Let’s Copilot app.

Click “Next” to complete the lesson!
After completing a lesson:
- You’ll return to the Learning Dashboard.
- A gold badge and card indicate the lesson is completed.
- Your Let’s Copilot Crew Member will have grown in strength!
