Security

Is the stored data encrypted? If so, what standard is used?

Yes, we use encryption as standard practice:

  • Encryption at rest: Data is encrypted while stored to protect it from unauthorized access when not in use.
  • Encryption in transit: Data is encrypted during transmission between systems, such as over the internet, to prevent interception.

How can Let’s Copilot track progress if it does not use Copilot data?

Our application does not track Microsoft 365 Copilot usage. The game does track the game’s usage. Overall organizations game progress and game usage can be monitored. User specific data is not accessible.

What information does Let’s Copilot store?

We store the absolute minimum amount of necessary personal data, which does not include the user’s name or email address but does include a pseudonymous identifier to ensure the application functions properly. Additionally, we do not use this data for any purposes other than operating the application.

Does Let’s Copilot store any information from the customer’s environment?

No, our application does not store any information from the customer’s (Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 Copilot) environment. We do access some information, such as a customer’s name to address them properly, but this information is not saved or stored by us. Our game only provides suggestions to users about what they could do in their M365 Copilot environment, but does not communicate directly with it.
