If that account doesn’t have the necessary admin rights to assign licenses, they may become unusable for the rest of the organization. To avoid this, always make sure a global admin completes the purchase.

No, not in all cases. If it is the same plan (1-10/11-100 etc.) it is not needed. If you previously granted admin approval for the 1 to 10 user license, Microsoft requires a separate approval when purchasing the 11 to 100 user license. This is because it is technically registered as a different product with a different pricing tier in the Microsoft ecosystem. You only need to approve it once per license tier.

Specifically, two approvals are required: SaaS Accelerator, as the management system for Let’s Copilot licenses  Let’s Copilot, as the application itself, including necessary permissions (e.g., message.send)  Once both are approved, users in your organization will be able to sign in and start using Let’s Copilot. If you’re unsure who your global admin is, reach out to your IT department.
